“I don’t know what to do with my relationship. Should I leave, or is it fixable?”

Feeling a sense of uncertainty isn’t enough reason to leave a relationship right away. In fact, leaving is not a good solution to these kinds of challenges. Fixing unaddressed issues should always be the very first goal, especially in times like these.

Reaching a point where you lose track of your relationship, wondering what went wrong or when things fell apart is normal. Most couples in long-term relationships experience this phase. Being together with someone for so long might make you wonder about the purpose and the end goal of your relationship. But leaving is not always a bright idea.

Talk about difficulties with your partner. Express uncomfortable issues maturely. You’re in a relationship for a reason so do not exit on it as if it was just a game. If you both figure that things will no longer work in the long run then leaving or breaking up is the last card you should play.
