Personal growth is the continuous development and improvement of one’s self. When they are personally growing, they become self-sufficient, giving them the ability to provide and share a healthy connection with others.

When there is personal growth, it paves the way to relationships that also grow. What I mean is it can influence improvement in relationships with others such as building healthy intimacy, trust, effective communication and mutual understanding. I believe there is so much more than that but it’s too much to mention.

Personal growth is simply the gateway to a better relationship with others and a better life.

Couples can support individual growth by putting in effort and commitment. If seeing each other grow makes you feel accomplished, you’ll be able to foster a healthy love and thrive in your relationship.
