RELATIONSHIPS

“Is it healthy for couples to fight every other day? If not, what could this indicate about their relationship?”

I don’t like how this makes it sound like fighting is a requirement in order for a relationship to be healthy. That’s not the best way to look at this.

In a healthy relationship, you should be able to speak your mind and express your opinion. Sometimes, no matter how much you love your partner, you will have disagreements that can lead to fights. As long as you know how to communicate properly, you’ll be able to address any issue.

That’s how you should look at fights in healthy relationships, and that’s how you should approach the way you solve those relationship problems.

It doesn’t mean you need to fight every day in order to have a healthy relationship. If you and your partner disagree with each other over every little thing, then no, you probably don’t have a healthy relationship.
